South American, mainly Argentinean folk songs arranged by Lundin, plus two Lundin originals with lyrics by Væring.
This was a con amore project. Trine-Lise turned me on to the wonderful Argentinean folk singer Mercedes Sossa (after whom our daughter is named), and after some time, we felt a need to pay back with our renditions of a number of the songs she made popular. Trine-Lise sings the original lyrics in Spanish. An ambitious project, but I’m happy with the result.
